Table we asked for was terrible couldn't access it for the other party who had moved theirs.. Was left standing in the middle of the floor whilst they looked for another table.. Then seated next to the till... Awful experience.. Food was lovely though...
Great venue, Lovely views and decent food. Went here for dinner tonight after attending a friend's wedding a while back and being impressed with the surroundings. Ordered 2 courses off the set menu (x 2 people). However was charged full menu price. I didnt notice until later.... My fault for not checking the receipt..... when they attempted to resolve this I was charged for 3 courses each from the set menu not 2. Just a little hassle that took the shine off an otherwise nice evening.
Lovely view of Forth bridges. Always good service. Would recommend for either a quick bite or an evening meal.
Booked Christmas lunch vegetables raw Turkey dry roast potatoes uncooked steaks tough pudding bitter . Service excellent staff very friendly. 12 year-old deputy Manager needs training . Very disappointed. Will not return.
Really lovely. Staff were brilliant. Great service. Food was lovely. Although there weren't many vegetarian options but the few there were, were very nice. We we're lucky enough to get a window table, so our meal had the added pleasure of the amazing view over the Forth & three bridges.
