After being charged 15 dentist fee for having to cancel my appointments.(which is a lot of money to me a single mother on benefits) They wouldn't allow repayment by instalments, I eventually got it paid. I was deregistered anyway without warning. They are not very accommodating nor understanding re justified cancelled changed or missed appointments.
Very poor service. So bad moved whole family to kirkliston as so many problems over the last year with all members of the family. Worst dentist I have had to deal with in 25 years and I have been to alot.
Friendly staff and great service sometime difficult to get appointment due to queensferry continuing to expand in size and larger population here .
Can complain about the dentists or staff but the lack or on-line booking and/or appointment checking is archaic in this day and age?
