Fun trip with the family, the weather was dry but a bit breezy on the top deck, the island was good, the kids loved exploring, and the gift shop had lots to keep them interested.
Took our 3 granddaughters on the boat today...they had a fabulous time...! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls got to spend time with the Captain, sail the boat and have plenty photos taken....much appreciated..for the time given and 3 happy little girls plenty to tell their friends at school.
A very good cruise that was well worth the money. The commentary provided on board while sailing to the island was nice, and you get a good amount of time to spend exploring the island before returning. We were not able to see any puffins while on the island sadly, but we did see seals in the water, which were pointed out to us by the commentary as we passed by them.
Had a brilliant day out on the Maid of the Forth today. Beautiful scenery, lovely amenities, and the most exceptionally helpful and friendly crew. Couldn't do better for a day out. Will definitely be back!
Enjoyed a fabulous ride on the Maid of the Forth today and can highly recommend it. Loads of sunshine helps but the sight of Edinburgh across the Forth is beautiful in any weather. The audio descriptions throughout the voyage was interesting and we all learning something. Hurry up and book your seat!
